Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and developing sales performance in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels for fruit and snack product categories. Ensure the achievement of sales targets, effective distribution, visibility, and promotional execution while maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for fruits and snack categories across GT and MT channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, outlets, and key accounts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance by area, product, and channel to identify growth potential.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to improve product penetration and market share.
Account & Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key modern trade accounts (e.g., Hypermart, Superindo, Transmart, Alfamart, Indomaret, etc.) and GT distributors.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and pricing to ensure profitable growth.
- Handle listing, re-listing, and product availability in stores or outlets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to monitor performance and opportunities.
Execution & Merchandising
- Ensure proper implementation of planograms, displays, and product visibility according to company standards.
- Supervise merchandising activities and monitor stock availability in outlets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and in-store activation.
Distribution & Operations
- Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product delivery and stock freshness.
- Monitor inventory turnover and minimize near-expiry or damaged products.
- Manage sales order processing, invoicing, and payment collection (for GT distributors).
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (by product, area, and customer).
- Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Recommend action plans to management for continuous improvement and sales growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account / Sales (preferably Local Importer, F&B, FMCG, Fruits, or Snack categories).
- Strong understanding of GT/MT distribution channels and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Able to travel regularly for store visits and client meetings.
