Responsible for managing and supervising property unit inventory, ensuring complete access and keys, data accuracy, and smooth operations of goods in all warehouse units managed by Travelio.

Job Descriptions:

1. Inventory Management:

  • Input & update access key, linen and towel inventory data in the system.
  • Ensure the condition and availability of goods according to standards.

2. Operational Coordination:

  • Coordinate with operational teams (Housekeeping, Customer Service, Engineering, and QA) for procurement, replacement, and reporting of SK, access and keys.

3. Stock Monitoring:

  • Control consumables (amenities, linen, and others).
  • Make procurement and restocking requests as needed.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare regular inventory reports (weekly/monthly).
  • Documentation of incoming/outgoing goods and supporting administrative archives, both withdrawals from the system or manually.

5. Stock Audit:

  • Carry out stock taking and support the periodic inventory audit process.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the fields of Procurement and Warehouse management at an Hospitality / Real Estate company is required for the position, 5 of which in a Supervisory position.
  • Attention to details and accuracy, having a strong understanding in inventory and demand management.
  • Strong analytical, planning, negotiating, and problem solving skill.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, to convey complex information in a clear manner to team members and other stakeholders.
  • Willing to work in mobile.
