Job Role:
Implementing and optimizing the doctoring process to ensure efficient production to achieve the specified Login Date, MES, Time Ticket (SAP) and Blue Files completion.
Responsibilities:
- Process improvement by develop QM matrix, quality performance vs machine performance vs 5M
- Eliminate recurring claim [internal & external]
- Lead customer complaint investigation and report
- Quality process validation and Quality Product Protective Equipment [PPE] validation such as camera, thickness, sensor
- Quality data analysis & KPI dashboard and SumUp review effectiveness
- Quality LCI pillar- Reduce Quality Losses
- Develop SPC control and real time quality control
- Lead shift leader to do their best in doing Quality monitoring work on products to meet company and customer standard such I-QP shift audit
- Provide solution to product quality problem and make the right and careful decision in further analyzing quality problems in shift basic. Closely communicate to Cell Manager & QA Manager
- Communicate with Quality Supervisor related to daily quality problem in line
- Daily improvement related to quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Have work experience in similar industries, and have a certain understanding of slitting equipment
- Having experience in quality assurance or related roles
- Have a certain ability to handle exceptions and be able to withstand a certain amount of pressure
- Having good data collection and analysis skills
- Written and oral communication, Thorough and detailed, Good computer literacy, Database management Time management, Problem solving, Follows quality standards closely
