Role Objective
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for running brand activities aimed at building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, impacting sales, ensuring customer loyalty and brand longevity.
Qualifications
Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, and brand storytelling
Proficiency in Market Research and Sales
Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding
Experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies
Ability to analyze data and market trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly in the ever-evolving, fast-paced retail industry
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

a. Target audience profiling - Demographics, psychographics, behavior, etc.
b. Competitor analysis - Current & future competitors

e. Community management - Responding to customer comments/messages

Marketing Strategy & Development
a. Omnichannel strategy - Online & offline

Digital Marketing & Advertisement
a. Social media marketing - Content creations, live events, community building, ads, etc.
