Role Objective

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for running brand activities aimed at building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, impacting sales, ensuring customer loyalty and brand longevity.

Qualifications


⁠Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, and brand storytelling

⁠Proficiency in Market Research and Sales

⁠Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding

⁠Experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies

⁠Ability to analyze data and market trends

⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills

⁠Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment

⁠Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly in the ever-evolving, fast-paced retail industry

⁠Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Market Research & Customer Insights


a. Target audience profiling - Demographics, psychographics, behavior, etc.

b. Competitor analysis - Current & future competitors

c. Customer journey mapping

d. Product testing / focus groups

e. Community management - Responding to customer comments/messages

f. Customer feedback loops - Collecting data for product improvement & loyalty"


⁠Marketing Strategy & Development


a. Omnichannel strategy - Online & offline

b. Campaign planning - Monthly / quarterly / seasonal

c. Content strategy - Educational, promotional, branding, etc.

d. Creative production - Design, photo / video shoots, brand visuals & copywriting

e. KPI & performance tracking plans


Digital Marketing & Advertisement


a. Social media marketing - Content creations, live events, community building, ads, etc.

b. Paid ads - Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, LinkedIn, etc.

c. Email & CRM marketing - Newsletter, messengers, live chat, live store, etc.

d. Website / e-commerce / marketplace optimization - UI / UX, SEO, conversion, etc.


Product Marketing


a. Product positioning & key messaging
