We're looking for a
Senior Recruiter
with solid experience in strategic recruitment, mass hiring, manpower planning, and excellent English communication skills.
In this role, you'll work closely with
management level and business leaders
to align workforce needs, drive end-to-end hiring, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
What you'll do:
- Lead
full-cycle recruitment
and large-scale hiring initiatives - Partner with management on
strategic manpower planning - Build strong
talent pipelines
across functions - Ensure great candidate experience and timely communication
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years in recruitment, with proven
strategic role and mass hiring experience - Strong English communication (interviews & business discussions)
- Skilled in sourcing, ATS, and recruitment best practices
- Agile, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
