Role Description
As the
Head of Supply Chain Management
, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain activities, including purchasing of technical components, inventory control, and distribution logistics. Your role bridges vendor management with internal production and warehousing, ensuring that every product is sourced, stored, and delivered in alignment with quality standards and operating procedures.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee purchasing of materials and components from vetted vendors.
• Evaluate suppliers for cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery performance.
• Align procurement needs with production schedules and warehouse stock.
• Supervise material receiving, warehouse storage, packing, and outbound shipments.
• Maintain ERP-based documentation for purchases, inventory, and dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock audits and support project logistics planning.
• Enforce discipline, safety, and organization in the warehouse.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Logistics, or Industrial Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and/or warehouse roles within
- manufacturing.
- Proficient in ERP systems, FIFO, and technical material sourcing.
- Strong negotiation skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage a small operational team.
