Job Description:
- Support and lead CRM initiatives, including email campaigns, push notifications, and WhatsApp community engagement.
- Develop and optimize SEO-driven content for blogs to increase reach and visibility.
- Manage and execute marketing collaborations with external partners to drive growth.
- Apply basic knowledge of digital ads and coordinate with the Marketing Strategist and Social Media team on planning.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist and cross-functional teams (Product, Project, Social Media) to align initiatives with the product roadmap and company priorities.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, community management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content creation, and community engagement strategies (WhatsApp Groups & Twitter/X).
- Experience with CRM tools (email & push notifications) and basic understanding of digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
