Requirements:

  • Strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in the
    multifinance industry
    or other non-bank financial institutions is
    strongly preferred
    .
  • Solid understanding of OJK regulations, including preparation and submission of Annual Business Plans (ABP) and Business Realization Reports.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, operational cost control, and variance analysis.
  • Proficient in internal and external financial reporting, including presentations to top management and regulators.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Description:

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with banks (Funding Management).
  • Create and manage cost budgets for company operations for the coming year.
  • Create and manage financial projections for the company for the short term and mid term.
  • Prepare reports related to operational cost usage data.
  • Carry out control, monitoring, and reconciliation of operational costs.
  • Prepare a report on the company's financial position to be submitted to management.
  • Prepare evaluation reports and performance appraisals of the company.
  • Prepare evaluation reports and performance appraisals of the Company Director.
  • Prepare and submit Company Business Plan reports for the coming year to regulators.
  • Prepare and submit audited Business Realization reports.
  • Prepare evaluation reports on the company's performance in comparison with the company's business plan as set in the previous year, to be submitted to the regulator.
  • Establish cooperation with banks to provide funding facilities in accordance with the company's needs.
  • Carry out assignments from superiors involving activities directly or indirectly related to both internal and external functions as required by the company.
