Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term supply chain strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and industry trends to anticipate changes in demand.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure the quality of raw materials meets standards.
  • Optimize the procurement process to obtain the best prices and fast delivery times.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize storage costs and avoid stockouts.
  • Forecast demand to determine optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage transportation, storage, and distribution of products.
  • Select the most efficient and cost-effective modes of transportation.
  • Ensure timely and undamaged product delivery.
  • Implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve visibility and control over the supply chain.
  • Automate relevant business processes to improve efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team.
  • Ensure the team works effectively and achieves set targets.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior level positions of supply chain, especially in the food and beverage industry.

  • Experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
  • Ability to use enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems (WMS) software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
