Description:

We are the Indonesian team of Ppeum Clinic, one of Korea's top beauty clinic brands, now opening our first premium dermatology and aesthetic clinic in Jakarta. We are looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional front-desk experience.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, a pleasant and professional appearance, and prior experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, or beauty clinic environment. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting clinic operations, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a premium service standard that reflects Korean beauty excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.

  • Manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

  • Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using the clinic's booking system.

  • Coordinate daily schedules with doctors, therapists, and consultants to ensure smooth clinic operations.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email in a courteous and informative manner.

  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases or CRM systems as needed.

  • Support administrative tasks such as payment processing, issuing invoices, and managing receipts.

  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy, presentable, and aligned with the clinic's premium image.

  • Provide general assistance to clients, including offering beverages and guiding them through clinic procedures.

  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Frontliner in a dermatology, aesthetic, or beauty clinic.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Presentable appearance and strong customer service mindset.

  • Comfortable using computer systems, booking software, or CRM tools.

  • Willing to work on weekends or shifts according to clinic operational hours.

  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
