Position: Technical Support Supervisor

What You Will Do?

• Act as PIC for technology transfer projects of existing products.
• Assist production with raw material, process, and product spec issues in coordination with Production and QA/QC.
• Lead product trials for material source changes, process updates, etc.
• Support QA in auditing and assessing toll-out manufacturers and R&D partners.
• Conduct reformulation of existing products from lab scale to production.
• Manage documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Prepare and review Master Manufacturing and Packaging Procedures (PPI) for internal and toll-out productionnbased on timeline.

What You Will Need?

• Registered Pharmacist (Apoteker).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of CPOB 2024 (Indonesian GMP).
• Strong communication: able to speak persuasively and clearly, adapt to the audience, and accept constructive feedback.Possesses strong leadership qualities.
• Capable of making decisions under limited uncertainty.
• Actively coordinates and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to be placed in GIIC, Cikarang – West Java.
