Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the Automation segment.
- Solid knowledge of Factory Automation products, including PLC, Drives, HMI, Servo, and Inverter.
- Strong sales skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Capable of developing and executing unique, impactful cross-channel go-to-market plans through cold calling and client visits.
- Strong logical thinking with high attention to detail, including clear and effective communication with customers.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure while continuously learning new skills.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and respect for data confidentiality.
- Possess a valid car driving license (SIM A) and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Proficient in English; proficiency in Japanese will be an advantage.
- Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
