  • Manage and oversee the Operations & Administration team in the Jakarta office, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across departments.
  • Act as the Smart Market Expert (SME) for all local import and regulatory matters, including TPT, SNI, Forestry Licenses, Trademark Registry, declared value of goods, and related declaration documentation.
  • Handle all product certificate registrations and ensure all products are compliant and eligible for sale in Indonesia.
  • Review and compile Indonesian sewing labels and product labels for textile items to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Oversee logistics management, including coordination of inbound shipments and the performance of 3PL warehouse service providers, to ensure high service quality and problem resolution
  • Maintain accurate stock records, stock quality control (QC), and ensure processes follow company SOPs.
  • Conduct annual stock audits for warehouses, offices, and consignment locations; consolidate and report the results.
  • Support the Sales Team through NetSuite (or relevant system) in managing invoices, order processing, stock-level monitoring, and delivery coordination for both local and Ex-HK orders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to support overall business objectives
  • Control operational costs within budget and ensure efficiency in daily processes.
  • Coordinate operational support for marketing activities such as expos and events
  • Manage team structure, job allocation, and performance coaching, ensuring clear job descriptions and continuous development for team members.
  • Handle translation of company documents (English–Bahasa Indonesia) as required
  • Provide regular feedback and promote continuous improvement of operating procedures and workflows.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and cover duties of Operations colleagues in their absence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Import/Export, or Administration management.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian import and certification regulations.
  • Proven experience managing 3PL and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
  • Familiar with NetSuite or similar ERP system is an advantage.
