Responsibilities:
- Adapt and develop training materials from Principal in order to fit local specificities and enhance content of existing training support documents when needed.
- Deliver education and training to accounts and its staff in line with sales cycles & training priorities.
- Partnering with Sales Representative team to open new account to achieve sales target.
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Complete relevant training reports and other necessary reports as requested by Manager.
- Provide inputs and feedback to Management on training and coaching methods and tools.
- Coaching, training and developing the team to ensure brand service levels are delivered.
- Work closely with Sales Representative team to ensure brand objectives and quality services are met through training and coaching needs, in order to grow sales and profit and enhance the brand.
Requirements:
• Diploma's degree in any discipline
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in skincare B2B industry
• Hands-on experience in managing and handling product training
• Knowledgeable of skincare B2B industry, including skincare knowledge, skincare treatment protocols, aesthetics medical devices, etc
• Have good relationship with salon, clinics, spa, or dermatologists
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and oral)
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skill and collaboration skill
• Proven results of meeting sales goals
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and able to juggle multiple projects at once
Placement in West Jakarta with high mobility, including to outside Jabodetabek.
