Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Sales
&
Marketing Staff (B2B)
based in Surabaya. To help us grow our client base. While the role is flexible and freelance, the focus is strongly on
sales
— connecting with potential distributor clients, showing them the value of our product, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential distributor clients through your own network, visits, and outreach.
- Present and demonstrate our product in a way that matches the client's needs.
- Strong local network and ability to leverage industry connections to identify leads
- Manage the sales process from first contact until deal closure.
- Support new clients during onboarding to ensure smooth adoption.
- Represent SSS locally and build lasting client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales (B2B, field sales, distribution, or SaaS preferred).
- Strong personal or professional network you can leverage.
- Comfortable with in-person outreach and regular client visits.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Independent, target-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn software tools.
- Experience selling to or working within distribution businesses' existing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
