Job Description :
Collaborate with users to create and gather Training Need Analysis (TNA) across all directorates.
Summarize and map TNA results into an annual training schedule.
Register employees for external training sessions based on the approved training proposal or training schedule.
Develop training proposals, syllabi, and conduct internal training implementation.
Coordinate with direct supervisors and trained employees to conduct FKS20HK.
Ensure training effectiveness and continuous improvement of employee development programs.
Record and maintain training history for each employee in both Excel and system.
Create and distribute training certificates via email or hardcopy.
Prepare periodic training reports and submit them to the Human Capital Development Supervisor.
Schedule, contact, and execute onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and proper archiving of all NEOP documents.
Recommend training and development systems to management.
Assist in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) Audit documentation.
Support monthly KPI collection and risk identification for each directorate.
Manage risks within Human Capital sub-directorate work processes.
Identify actual or potential risks related to Human Capital sub-directorate processes.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, or Human Capital is preferred.
Strong understanding of Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training cycle management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create training materials, proposals, and reports with high accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in risk management and KPI identification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with HRIS or training management systems.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong initiative and willingness to innovate in training and development processes.
