Responsibilities- Work closely with Sales to understand client requirements and deliver tailored security solution proposals.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
- Prepare and review proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure successful implementation handover.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Willing to work from Wisma 46, Jakarta Pusat.
- 3+ years experience in a pre-sales, technical consultant, or systems engineer role (preferably in cybersecurity).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, NDR, firewall, vulnerability management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or vendor-specific (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Kaspersky, Palo Alto) are a plus.
