What You Will Learn and Do:
- Talent Management: Be directly involved in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing potential candidates and conducting interviews (STAR & BEI methods) to the final hiring process.
- Employee Development: Learn to conduct Training Needs Analysis, assist in designing effective training curriculums.
- Company Culture: Be at the forefront of our onboarding process, welcoming new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into our company.
- Modern HR Administration: Manage employee data and reporting using the latest HRIS technology.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Fresh graduates (Bachelor's Degree) from Psychology(Industrial Organization), Human Resource Management, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Educational Management, Education Technology.
- English Proficiency (Primary Requirement): Exceptional command of English with high fluency and confidence, especially in speaking and listening.
- Communication Skills: Possess outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Analytical Mindset: A critical thinker with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft especially Excel and comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Personality: Proactive, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about people and their development.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Internship experience in an HR role or active involvement in student organizations.
