About the role
Become a key member of the HR team at PT Wahana Solarhat Sejahtera, in the HRGA division. In this full-time role based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's general affairs.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the organisation's goals
- Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related activities
- Coordinate and oversee general office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in HR and general affairs
What we're looking for
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or HR business partner role
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in office management and general administration is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
- Have BNSP CHRP/CHRM certification (MUST)
