Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

Daily liaison and management with the construction company to ensure maintenance services
Pre-delivery quality inspection (accompanying the inspection), follow-up on delivery issues, re-inspection, and liaison with the property management (customer)
Receive reports of home repairs, diagnose issues, develop repair plans, and follow up on repair implementation
Daily home maintenance/minor component repairs
Actively participate in customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
Assist in resolving daily customer complaints
Excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong ability to handle stress
Possess a strong sense of risk and customer service, be able to independently coordinate maintenance and customer communication, and properly handle all types of customer issue

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer.
Have experience 1-2 years in developer or construction Company.
Have any field of construction /property development experience (landed house/ highway/ high rise building/EPC/Mining/ any other infrastructural project, etc.)
Excellent communication skill (fluency) in spoken and written English and Mandarin is plus.
Good attitude, initiative ability, proactive, creative thinking and problem solver.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
