  • Support to buying asset and equipment product (Daily)

  • inform about additional Asset and Office Request to managers (Daily)

  • Hand Offer Asset with the form (Daily)

  • Establish Cooperation with the best vendor (Project)

  • Resposible to audit inspection building repair maintenance (Weekly)

  • Updating Security schedule all area in Indonesia in Talenta System (Monthly)

  • Checking & Monitoring Job of Cleaning Service (Daily)

  • Create and Updating Bussiness Trip All Employee (Daily)

  • Reporting, Requesting and Updating Office Equipment in Makassar to the manager (Daily)

  • Asset stock opname in makassar (Monthly)

  • Hand Over ID Card and Uniform (Daily)

  • Monitoring and controlling Uniform request (Daily)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Admin, Payroll Staff, or General Affair Staff (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Experience using HRIS system (preferably Talenta) is an advantage.
