Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee project sales activities, including client acquisition, account management, and relationship building.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction, civil engineering, architectural, and building materials industries.
  • Create and deliver presentations to communicate project and product details to clients and stakeholders.
  • Possesses a detailed understanding of product specifications and the ability to tailor explanations to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals through proactive sales efforts and effective client engagement.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
  • Creating and understanding Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and tender's document.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales.
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical fields, Marketing Communication, or relevant.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the architectural, civil, building materials, construction, or mechanical/electrical industries.
  • Having experience handle corporate account non government sector.
  • Having extensive networking, and consultant network construction related.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and capable of creating professional presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
  • Driven, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving sales goals.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and ability to commute or travel as needed.
  • Strong computer literacy and the willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new products and technologies.
  • Based in Jakarta – Tangerang.
