Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee project sales activities, including client acquisition, account management, and relationship building.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction, civil engineering, architectural, and building materials industries.
- Create and deliver presentations to communicate project and product details to clients and stakeholders.
- Possesses a detailed understanding of product specifications and the ability to tailor explanations to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide client feedback to improve products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals through proactive sales efforts and effective client engagement.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
- Creating and understanding Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and tender's document.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical fields, Marketing Communication, or relevant.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the architectural, civil, building materials, construction, or mechanical/electrical industries.
- Having experience handle corporate account non government sector.
- Having extensive networking, and consultant network construction related.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and capable of creating professional presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
- Driven, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving sales goals.
- Possess a valid driver's license and ability to commute or travel as needed.
- Strong computer literacy and the willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new products and technologies.
- Based in Jakarta – Tangerang.
