Responsibilities:
- Assisting the E and the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing events starting from preparations to execution.
- Assisting the SE and the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing administration process (contract, meeting minutes, invoice, PR, coupa-related logbook, etc.)
- Assisting in having a good contact and networking with both internal & external stakeholders (partners, vendors, NGO, event organizers, volunteers, etc.)
- Assisting in managing CI Central Repository (MoU, monitoring reports, final reports, photos, videos, posters, etc.)
- Responsible of CI merchandise, storage and PRUVolunteers data
- Responsible for tracking KPI Database from all partners
- Responsible of monthly CI media monitoring reporting
- Assisting in managing PRUVolunteers engagement activities and development
- To assist the SE & the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in preparing sponsorship/donation proposals and follow up with the process of approval, payment and reporting
- To assist the SE & the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in the communication, promotion and digital of CI activities
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable university – at least S1/bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with people at all levels
- Enthusiastically involved in event management and work closely with many people
- A good team player who can work under minimum supervision
- Having an action oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to manage administration
- Willing to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), when the job holder should handling events either in the office or outside the office
- The applicant must have a domicile within the Jakarta area, preferably not too far from office (Prudential Centre)
- Willing to WFO 3 times in a week
- Able to commit to working for a minimum of six months in accordance with the contract
