IT Application Support SAP
* Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting
* 2–3 years of work experience as SAP IT Support for the FICO module.
* Experience as a SAP Key User in Finance or Controlling is a big plus.
* Understanding of financial and accounting business processes (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Cost Center, etc.).
* Familiar with integration between SAP modules (MM, SD, CO) and external systems.
* Basic ability to analyze error logs and perform troubleshooting.
* Familiar with ticketing tools and working based on SLAs.
* Experience in supporting non-SAP applications related to financial systems.
* Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
* Communicative and able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle tickets and user requests related to SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) modules.
Provide daily support (L1–L2) for SAP systems and related non-SAP applications (e.g., approval applications, interfaces, reporting tools, etc.).
Conduct initial analysis of issues and coordinate with internal/external teams for resolution.
Assist users in month-end closing processes and routine finance activities.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change request implementation.
Create technical and functional documentation as well as user guides.
Serve as a bridge between the business team and the technical team.
