About the role
PT PANORAMA WISATA HANDALAN' is seeking a highly skilled MEP Drafter to join our team. As an MEP Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our diverse range of projects. Based in our Jakarta office, you will be responsible for creating detailed, accurate, and visually appealing technical drawings that meet the highest industry standards.
What you'll be doing
- Interpret and translate design specifications into detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the design drawings accurately reflect the project requirements
- Incorporate relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices into the design drawings
- Maintain and update project documentation, including as-built drawings and project archives
- Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team during the implementation phase
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and software to continuously improve the drafting process
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software to produce detailed technical drawings
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as relevant codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve design challenges
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
