Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Portfolio

· Define vision, strategy, and positioning for Ella Skincare Platinum. Manage both treatment portfolio and clinic ambience/experience as part of the brand's value proposition.

· Map competitor landscape and identify differentiation opportunities.

· Build and maintain product roadmap (treatments and packages) aligned with brand positioning in coordination with R&D team

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning

· Develop and implement the annual brand strategy, defining positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.

· Ensure brand and communication consistency across all channels — digital, print, in-clinic materials, and communications.

· Monitor brand health metrics such as awareness, sentiment, and recall rate.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution

· Design and execute monthly / quarterly brand campaigns

· Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with the brand identity.

· Review and approve all marketing materials prior to launch (Meta, Google, TikTok, and offline).

· Manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI and campaign efficiency.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration

· Coordinate with Operations to ensure campaign execution and brand guidelines are followed at all clinics.

· Collaborate with Finance for promo effectiveness tracking and budget reconciliation.

· Work closely with the Product / R&D team for effective product launches.

  • Customer Experience & Community Building

· Monitor customer feedback and ensure the brand promise is reflected in every client experience.

· Initiate influencer collaborations, PR events, and community campaigns to strengthen brand credibility in coordination with KOL and partnership team

  • Data, Sales & Performance Analysis (in coordination with Sales & Performance team)

· Coordinate with the Sales Team to identify trends, conversion barriers, and opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

· Monitor lead-to-booking performance and identify campaign-to-sales correlation.

· Translate insights into brand or communication strategy adjustments.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

· Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly brand performance reports

· Conduct competitor and market trend analysis within the skincare / aesthetics industry.

· Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and brand perception.

Qualifications :

  • 4–6 years of experience in brand / marketing roles (preferably in beauty brands, skincare and or aesthetic clinic)

  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and optimizing both organic and paid media (in coordination with performance marketing team)

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Excellent creative and aesthetic sense with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency.

  • Effective leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication abilities.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
