Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is a must, as this role requires collaboration with a global team.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Data, Marketing, or other related fields.

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  • Strong understanding of KOL marketing and how to integrate it into paid media strategies.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actions.
  • Familiar with key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with a focus on both short-term results and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms while ensuring paid campaigns are well aligned with KOL activations.
  • Develop and implement growth-focused marketing strategies that combine paid media, KOL collaborations, and organic efforts to achieve company targets.
  • Own budget planning and allocation, ensuring every ad spend delivers maximum ROI.
  • Analyze performance data regularly, identifying key insights, optimization opportunities, and strategic shifts to improve campaign results.
  • Work closely with the growth team, creative team, and product team to align messaging, audience targeting, and campaign goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates, continuously testing new approaches to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide clear, actionable reports to management, highlighting key results and next steps for continuous improvement.
