Requirement
- Proven experience (e.g., 3-5 years) as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting a senior executive (Commissioner, CEO, or equivalent).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to manage a demanding schedule and address urgent matters outside standard business hours.
Job Description
- Manage the Commissioner's complex calendar, schedule all meetings and appointments, and serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, accurately take minutes, and diligently follow up on all action items.
- Coordinate all business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, detailed itineraries, and logistics.
- Handle personal scheduling, appointments (e.g., medical, family-related), and personal travel arrangements.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding all business and private matters.
