Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Livestream Operations Assistant
to support our daily livestream operations. The role involves livestream data tracking, basic performance analysis, coordination with KOLs/talents for sample seeding, monitoring host performance, and assisting in livestream traffic growth through content and short video support. Basic knowledge of OBS is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize
livestream data
(viewers, sales conversion, engagement rate, etc.) on a daily and weekly basis. - Conduct
simple livestream performance reviews
, summarize highlights and improvement points. - Monitor host performance
during livestream sessions and ensure on-brand presentation. - Coordinate
sample sending
and livestream arrangements with influencers and talents. - Assist in preparing
traffic-driving short video scripts
and other livestream promotional content. - Support livestream setup, scheduling, and troubleshooting with
basic OBS operation
. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to optimize livestream effectiveness.
- Keep track of competitor livestreams and industry trends for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, E-commerce, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in livestream operations, KOL management, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic understanding of
OBS or other livestreaming tools
. - Passionate about e-commerce and livestreaming content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with TikTok, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce livestream platforms.
- Ability to create or edit simple short videos for livestream promotions.
- Data-driven mindset with basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
