Role Overview

As a Supervisor at Läderach, you will support the Store Manager in leading the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and uphold the highest standards of luxury retail. You will act as a role model on the shop floor, ensuring smooth daily operations and motivating the team to consistently meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Supervise and support Sales Associates during daily operations.

  • Provide training, feedback, and motivation to ensure team members embody Läderach's values and service standards.
  • Lead by example in clienteling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

  • Customer Experience

  • Deliver a premium, personalized service to all clients.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
  • Ensure the boutique reflects Läderach's brand image through immaculate presentation and grooming standards.

  • Sales & Performance

  • Drive and achieve sales targets by monitoring KPIs and motivating the team.

  • Actively participate in selling and client engagement.
  • Support clienteling initiatives and build long-term customer relationships.

  • Operations & Compliance

  • Assist in store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain store security, health, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in retail, ideally within luxury, premium, or food & beverage brands.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales-driven, result-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
