The Hospital Director is responsible for leading and managing the overall hospital operations, including medical services, finance, human resources, operations, and external stakeholder relations. This role plays a strategic part in ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and strengthening the hospital's reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement hospital management strategies.
- Ensure quality of medical services in accordance with accreditation standards (KARS/JCI).
- Manage hospital operations and finances effectively and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with medical staff, employees, patients, and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum Master's degree in Medicine, Hospital Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with ≥ 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital operational management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
