Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bandung for a Star Harvester. The Star Harvester will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying potential young leaders, engaging and mentoring them, organizing and coordinating leadership events, and advocating for youth leadership. The role also involves active participation in training programs and delivering high-impact solutions to foster leadership skills among youth.
Qualifications
- Experience in youth mentoring, coaching, and leadership development
- Event organizing and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Strong advocacy and community engagement abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Bandung full-time
- Proactive, passionate about youth leadership, and driven to make a difference
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
