The Inventory & Planning Manager is responsible for managing inventory levels, demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock allocation across retail stores and online channels. This role ensures product availability, minimizes stock-outs and excess inventory, and supports overall sales and margin goals. The manager collaborates closely with merchandising, supply chain, warehouse, retail operations, and finance teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Have experience as a Warehouse/Inventory Manager Lead/Manager
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skill
