What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance the company's public image and reputation and to build good relationships with guests
- Manage media relations, including coordinating press releases, interviews, and media events
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
- Maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and community organisations
- Monitor and analyse media coverage to identify potential issues and opportunities
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and social responsibility initiatives
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on the company's public relations activities
What we're looking for :
- Strong understanding of the premium lounge / nightlife scene
- Active network of guest (expatriats, locals, influencers, proffesionals)
- Ability to build strong relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders
- Having strategic mindset to develop effective PR campaigns that resonate with the target audience and achieve business goals
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Having background in public relation, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing
- Familiar with social media and brand communication
