Job Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new partner hotels into the OYO network.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with partners.
- Monitor property performance and support partners in improving revenue and quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth partner experience.
- Provide regular reports and updates on performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Hospitality/Real Estate/Startup sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- High ownership, result-oriented, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
