Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new partner hotels into the OYO network.
  • Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with partners.
  • Monitor property performance and support partners in improving revenue and quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth partner experience.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Hospitality/Real Estate/Startup sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • High ownership, result-oriented, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
