Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and executing B2B sales plan for sugar & Flour products
- Identifying the right customer include small - big Industries
- Engage any potential customers to deliver new business opportunities.
- Manage development pipeline through measurable pipeline to any projects
- Negotiate sales agreement include pricing, risk management
- Understanding market trends and competitor activities
Requirement :
- S1 with any major
- Min. 3 years experiences of sales in Food Ingredient (B2B) company
- Understands key account management including customer strategy, identifying needs, approaching & development process, strong negotiation skill
- Good presentation & Effective communication skill
- Willing placement at Surabaya
