Responsibilities :
- To provide all costs related to daily operations, CIQP clearance, and other costs requested by Head Office.
- Prepare all port information and quotations to Head Office on behalf of Principals.
- To update all tariffs and port regulations
- Promote awareness and adoption of reporting standards and best operations practices, including compliance
- Liaises with Head Office as well as Principals to ensure that all operational activities are carried out in a safe and timely manner.
- Prepares and tracks all vessel / cargo permits and documentation necessary to carry out all activities under project that includes Liner Agency work as well as regular MAS appointments.
- Tracks and reports on account activity assist with vessel documentation including BL's as well as updates on Liner system per Principal.
- Must follow all company stated policies
- HSEQ and safety procedures are carried out during operation
Qualifications :
- 1 – 2 years of port agency operational experience
- Worked closely with Head Office and principals
- Regularly updated tariffs and port regulation
- Experience I port operations or shipping/logistics industry
- Have a knowledge of CIQP Clearance procedures
- Involvement in HSEQ implementation
- Liaising with international principals and internal Head Office
