What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Conduct legal research and summarize relevant laws or regulations to support decision-making.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and corporate records.
- Support in providing preliminary legal insights and identifying potential risks under supervision.
- Monitor regulatory updates and help prepare compliance summaries or recommendations.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Legal & Corporate Secretary team across daily activities and cross-functional projects.
What Is Required And What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate majoring in Law; having prior internship experience is preferable.
- Strong interest in banking law, corporate law, and corporate governance.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic legal research tools is a plus.
