Job Description
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance; build dashboards of achievement vs target and flag gaps.
  • Manage A&P spend tracking per activity; produce consolidated A&P reports by brand/channel.
  • Verify sales/marketing proposals against budgets; ensure guideline compliance & documentation.
  • Prepare Monthly Sales & Cost Review: summarize results, variances, trade spend, promo outcomes, and key insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations (e.g., merchandising focus for underperforming areas or adjust promo mechanics).
  • Manage export distributor orders & performance; coordinate with supply chain for timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor MT claims & distributor incentives; reconcile with Finance.
  • Update market data/Nielsen; integrate into performance analyses.
  • Coordinate supply issues (OOS/overstock) with sales & trade teams for plan adjustments.
  • Support trade project admin (briefings, POSM distribution, activity calendar).
