- Act as interpreter and translator (spoken and written) between Mandarin and Indonesian for meetings, documents, and internal communication
- Support administrative tasks related to production, procurement, quality, or HR depending on placement
- Coordinate between Chinese expatriate staff and local departments
- Ensure clear, professional, and timely information flow in both languages
Assist in resolving language or cultural barriers that may impact operations
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Able to operate basic office software (Word, Excel)
- Experience in manufacturing or office support is a plus
- Open to all age groups-we value experience, attitude, and skill over age
