Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support intern developers in learning and applying .NET technologies.
- Review interns' work (code, documentation, testing) and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide the team to follow software development best practices and standards.
- Help interns understand project workflow, problem-solving approaches, and teamwork.
- Coordinate with internal or overseas teams when needed.
- Maintain technical documentation related to the development process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- 3–4 years of experience in web application development (.NET Framework or .NET Core).
- Good understanding of ASP.NET, C#, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow.
- Coding expertise not required; focus is on guidance and team development.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integration and SQL databases is a plus.
