Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with data center clients, acting as the primary contact.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for data center solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
  • Stay updated on data center industry trends and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities.
  • Possess deep knowledge of data center products (e.g., colocation, cloud, connectivity) to provide consultative solutions.
  • Manage and track sales pipelines in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sales support.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Direct Managers or MPs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the data center industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets for data center products and services.
  • Strong understanding of data center solutions, including colocation, cloud services, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
