- Managing end to end process in sales activity.
- Liaise with the legal team in managing contracts due to the closing process.
- Manage documents and administration for product or TPA service sales.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare sales materials such as brochures and presentations.
- Communicate with clients, business partners and internal company members.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.
Optimize administrative processes.
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, especially in an insurance company or TPA.
- Experience in Health Insurance and Broker background is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient to make presentation in order to client and partner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High work ethic and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of products or services in the TPA industry.
Understanding of sales and administrative processes in the insurance or TPA industry.
Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information in accordance with applicable information security policies and procedures.
