Role Description
- Manage end-to-end finance processes — GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review accurate financial statements per accounting standards.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and provide financial analysis and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely reporting.
- Maintain internal controls and collaborate with auditors.
-Continuously improve finance and accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience managing full-cycle accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
