Role Description

  • Manage end-to-end finance processes — GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review accurate financial statements per accounting standards.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and provide financial analysis and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely reporting.
  • Maintain internal controls and collaborate with auditors.

-Continuously improve finance and accounting processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience managing full-cycle accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
