Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta Metropolitan Area for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and developing performance management strategies. They will act as a strategic partner to organizational leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters, and collaborating to support business goals. Additionally, the role involves fostering a positive work environment and contributing to talent management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) best practices
- Experience with Employee Relations and managing workplace dynamics effectively
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law and ability to ensure compliance
- Proficiency in creating and managing Performance Management frameworks
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with HR software and systems is a plus
