Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and process monthly employee salaries including allowances, deductions, overtime, and bonuses.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping data as the basis for payroll calculation.
  • Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and financial data.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding employee data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll/finance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS software (is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of income tax (PPh 21), BPJS, and labor regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
