Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and process monthly employee salaries including allowances, deductions, overtime, and bonuses.
- Manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping data as the basis for payroll calculation.
- Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and financial data.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding employee data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll/finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS software (is a plus).
- Good knowledge of income tax (PPh 21), BPJS, and labor regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
