The Logistics Sales Support serves as the primary liaison between customers and the company, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information, documentation, and service. This role provides administrative and analytical support to the Logistics Sales team to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Serve as the main contact point for customers, ensuring all required information is delivered accurately and on time.
- Coordinate effectively with both internal and external departments to resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.
- Support the Logistics Sales team by managing invoicing schedules, monitoring KYC (Know Your Customer) status, and ensuring billing accuracy.
- Prepare and process billing documents, including quotation drafting, data verification, and billing approval submissions.
- Assist in sales planning by collecting and updating data on potential projects and coordinating with the Logistics Department for upcoming business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales performance and revenue reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Consolidate payment and collection information; issue reminders for pending or overdue invoices as required.
- Conduct analysis of Customer Purchase (CP) data, focusing on daily revenue vs. capacity policies, to support business decisions and maintenance event planning.
- Maintain and organize complete documentation of all sales-related activities, contracts, and correspondence.
- Perform other administrative or analytical tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Aviation, logistic or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Logistics Support will be an advantage
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

Training & Knowledge:
Knowledge of aviation logistics, import/export processes, or bonded warehouse (PLB) operations is preferred.
- Basic understanding of aviation operations is an advantage.
- Sales Administration, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Billing & Invoicing Systems is an advantage.
