We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Learning & Culture Manager to lead the design and execution of learning, talent, and culture initiatives. This role plays a key part in building employee capabilities, strengthening leadership pipelines, and fostering an engaging and values-driven workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement
    competency-based learning programs
    , from module development to facilitation.
  • Manage the
    annual learning budget
    effectively, ensuring compliance with
    OJK training regulations
    .
  • Exposure in Lead development programs for
    Sales Agency, Bancassurance, and Executive levels will be additional value.
  • Support
    succession planning
    and
    talent management
    , including identifying high-potential employees and building leadership pipelines.
  • Drive
    culture activation initiatives
    such as
    EVP campaigns
    ,
    values internalization
    , and company-wide engagement activities.
  • Manage
    employee engagement surveys
    , analyze results, and lead follow-up action planning.
  • Organize
    company-wide events
    to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    10 years of HR experience
    , with at least
    5 years in Learning, Culture, or Talent Development
    .
  • Preferably has
    5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    OJK regulations
    and experience in managing
    regulatory stakeholders
    .
  • Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
