We are seeking a Junior Customs Supervisor with solid experience in bonded warehouse operations to support our import and export activities. This role requires strong knowledge of bonded facility management and compliance with customs regulations. Candidates must have at least 5 years of bonded warehouse experience and be proficient in both Chinese and English. 工作內容 / Job Description
- 處理保稅廠進出口報關文件與相關資料準備
- 協助進出口報關流程,確保符合保稅規定、當地法規與公司政策
- 與報關行、物流公司及相關政府單位進行溝通協調
- 建立與維護關務作業檔案,確保文件齊全與正確
- 指導與協助團隊成員,確保作業效率與正確性
- 需具備中文與英文溝通及書寫能力
Handle bonded warehouse import and export customs documentation and related preparation
Assist with customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with bonded regulations, local laws, and company policies
Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and relevant government agencies
Maintain accurate customs operation records and documentation
Supervise and support team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Must be proficient in both Chinese and English (speaking and writing)
任職資格 / Qualifications
- 大專以上學歷,國際貿易、物流、會計或相關科系佳
- 具備至少 5 年以上保稅廠關務相關工作經驗(必要條件)
- 熟悉保稅制度、進出口流程及當地關務法規
- 中文及英文聽說讀寫能力佳
- 細心、具抗壓性、良好的溝通與協調能力
Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant bonded warehouse customs experience (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of bonded system, import/export procedures, and local customs regulations
Proficiency in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Detail-oriented, resilient, with strong communication and coordination skills
